This report aims to supplement the results of previous reports and conclusions by mapping the perceived needs adult educators have of developing their competences. At the same time the report wish to highlight how adult educators feel about joint Nordic education initiatives within adult learning in order to provide a basis for developing recommendations on improving the provision of competence development offers for adult educators on a Nordic level. The report is a summary of a quantitative survey conducted in the second half of 2016 and the first half of 2017.
