Andreas Gravdahl
Andreas has an MA in political science and management with a specialization in European Integration theory from the University in Agder (UiA). He has experience in the field of tripartite cooperation concerning skills development and cooperation with the labour market partners. He is currently working in the department of working life and skills in the Norwegian Directorate for Higher Education and Skills (HK-dir), and is responsible for the industry programme for the Norwegian Industry and Construction sector and the Aviation sector. Andreas is one of the Norwegian National Coordinators in the Nordic Network for Adult Learning (NVL).
