NLL’s Network for Worklife Learning will focus on worklife learning in 2025-2027. The network will share experiences and knowledge and will follow a project in which the Learning Circle Model is implemented at five public-sector workplaces in health and care services in the Nordic countries. The project will be followed by researchers.

Successful digital integration is key to ensuring equal participation in the Nordic region. Through to 2027, NLL aims to strengthen digital inclusion – particularly for immigrants – by building cross-sectoral cooperation, identifying strucal barriers, engaging policy makers through dialogue and sharing, adapting and upscaling promising practices that enhance digital participation.
