NLL’s network for Worklife Learning – Gathering 11-13 March, in Jönköping, Sweden

The Nordic Network on Work-Life Learning was established in November 2025. The network aims to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing across sectors and professions to strengthen competence development in practice. The network will address key challenges and opportunities in creating sustainable learning cultures that support employees, organizations, and society. The network will follow, give in-put to and learn from the results of the Learning Circles project, which takes place in four national contexts, at workplaces within the public health and care sector.

At the gathering in Jönköping, Sweden, the network will continue ongoing activities. There will be a network meeting the 11th and 12th of March, and Facilitator training the 12th and 13th of March. This is the first of two gatherings being arranged in 2026.

Participation by invitation only. Please be aware that some of participants will have to arrive the day before due to travelling. It may also be necessary for some of us to depart the day after the network meeting or after the last day of facilitator training.
